Each certificate follows the same simple pattern: activate it, then book your trip. Have your certificate number and account email handy before you start.

Cruise Certificate

Activation is the same for the Cruise and 24-month Resort Certificates. Cruises are booked with a specialist by phone.
Phase 1
Activate

Open your redemption email
From travel@nueva.com, then click “Redeem Now.” - 2
Click “Go” on the redemption website
You’ll land on the activation page. - 3
Activate & pay the activation fee
Click “Activate Offer Now!” and pay the activation fee within 30 days of receiving your certificate. - 4
You have up to 24 months
Once activated, your certificate is valid for up to 24 months to book and travel.
Phase 2
Book your cruise

Use your certificate number and email address at rewardsandincentives.com. - 2
Download the reservation form (PDF)
Grab the reservation registration form to get your redemption code. - 3
Follow the two-step process & pay
Complete the two-step process and pay the amount shown. - 4
Plan your cruise by phone
A dedicated vacation specialist plans and books your cruise with you by phone. - 5
Wait for your confirmation email
Don’t book flights or take time off until you get it in writing.
