Every qualified member receives three certificates - a cruise certificate plus two resort certificates (a 24-month and a 12-month). Activate the one that fits your plans, or activate any or all of them if you'd like more than one trip.

Booked over the phone with a dedicated vacation specialist - more concierge than checkout. Log in at rewardsandincentives.com with your certificate number and email; your specialist takes it from there.

Activation
A one-time step that turns your certificate on and starts your travel window. Done from the email you receive from travel@nueva.com and paid up front.
Redemption (Booking)

Important Reminders
- Activate each certificate within 30 days of receiving it.
- Cruise & 24-month Resort Certificate: travel within 24 months of activating.
- 12-month Resort Certificate: travel within 12 months of activating.
- Each activation fee is paid up front and is non-refundable.
- Booking/reservation fees are separate and paid later when you book your trip.
- Cruise weekends and holiday sailings are not included.
- Do not book flights or request time off until your written confirmation arrives.
- Certificates are tied to you once activated and cannot be transferred.
- The Cruise and 24-month Resort Certificates are each limited to one redemption per household every 24 months.
